As the Associate Director of Individual Giving, you will work to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors for The Public Theater with a focus on strategies to attract new mid-level prospects and to upgrade current donors’ level of support. In addition, you will assist in the management of our Partner, Young Partner, and Supporter membership programs designed to foster and nurture long-term, meaningful relationships between The Public Theater and its donors.
