The Director of Major Gifts will lead the strategic planning, goal setting, and output of the Major Gift Officers as well as work closely with other frontline fundraisers and the Board. The Director of Major Gifts will manage a portfolio of 100 to 200 donors as well as oversee cultivation, solicitation, acknowledgement, recognition, and stewardship for a portfolio of both existing major donors and prospects.
