The Education Department at Queens Botanical Garden is seeking a full time Education Manager for Youth Programs who will oversee on-site Gardening and environmental programs including our Children’s Garden and Garden Buds programs. In addition to being responsible for the day to day running of these seasonal programs, the Manager will work with the Director of Programs to set long-term goals for the programs and ensure that their direction aligns with QBG’s mission. The Education manager will work with staff to create welcoming, engaging, and content-rich programs for youth and their families year-round. The Manager will also help re-launch and/or create additional programs for populations not currently served. The Education Manager reports to the Director of Programs and collaborates with other education staff to ensure the delivery of safe, organized, enriching, and dynamic youth programming.
